City Media UK respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit or use our website.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by CITYMEDIAUK Ltd, trading as City Media UK, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC899305). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your personal information, please email us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We collect personal information that you provide to us when you contact us or use our website. This may include:

  • Information included in your enquiry or message

  • Any other information you choose to provide

If you accept optional cookies, we also collect information about your device, browser and how you use our website. See sections 5 and 6 below.

3. Contact and website mockup forms

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in and your message. When you request a free website mockup, we collect your current website address and your email address.

GA4 does not store IP addresses, and we cannot use it to identify you personally. If you reject cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded.

6. Meta Pixel

If you accept cookies, we use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It records visits to our website and when an enquiry is sent (but not what you write in our forms), and sends this to Meta with technical information about your browser and device.

Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it to show you relevant adverts, in line with Meta’s own privacy policy. We receive only aggregated reports and cannot identify you from them. If you reject cookies, the Meta Pixel is not loaded.
